1. Services Overview

1.1 Subscription Data Analysis Services The "Unlimited Data Analytics Subscription" provides ongoing data analysis and visualization services on a subscription basis with the following features: One active data analysis or visualization request at a time Unlimited revisions within the defined scope Average turnaround time: 2-3 business days per request Monthly subscription with automatic renewal Deliverables designed in a minimalistic style (clean lines, neutral colors, simple graphics)

1.2 Project-Based Data Analysis Services One-time data analysis projects include: Individually quoted projects with defined scope and deliverables (e.g., custom reports, dashboards) Revision limits specified in the project quote Agreed-upon timeline before project start Minimalistic design for all visual outputs (charts, dashboards, reports)

2. Service Terms

2.1 Subscription Terms Month-to-month subscription with no minimum commitment 30-day written notice required for cancellation Subscription pausing available with 15-day notice Unused time does not roll over to the next month Services are non-transferable

2.2 Project-Based Terms 50% deposit required to begin work Final payment due before delivery of final files or reports Project timeline starts upon receipt of deposit and all required data/materials Rush fees may apply for expedited timelines

3. Scope of Work

3.1 Included Services Data cleaning and preprocessing Data visualization (charts, graphs, dashboards) in minimalistic style Custom data reports and summaries Statistical analysis and insights Interactive dashboard design (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) Minimalistic design assets (e.g., infographics, social media visuals) Exportable files in standard formats (PDF, PNG, Excel)

3.2 Excluded Services Software development or coding beyond data analysis scripts Data collection or web scraping Machine learning model development Database management or cloud infrastructure setup Video production or complex animations Non-data-related graphic design

4. Client Responsibilities

4.1 Required Materials Raw data in accessible formats (e.g., CSV, Excel, JSON) Data documentation or metadata (if applicable) Project brief outlining objectives and requirements Access to relevant tools or platforms (if needed) Timely feedback and approvals

4.2 Communication Single point of contact for project management Feedback provided within 3 business days Clear articulation of revision requests Availability for scheduled meetings

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Rights and Ownership Client receives full ownership of final deliverables (reports, visualizations) upon full payment Service provider retains rights to preliminary analyses or unused outputs Service provider maintains portfolio rights to showcase deliverables (e.g., anonymized dashboards) Client responsible for ensuring data privacy and compliance (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)

5.2 Source Files Analysis scripts or working files available for an additional fee Standard deliverables provided in common formats (PDF, PNG, Excel) Custom file formats available upon request

6. Revisions and Amendments

6.1 Subscription Revisions Unlimited revisions within the original scope Major changes to analysis or visualization direction considered new requests Revisions must be requested within 14 days

6.2 Project Revisions Number of revisions specified in the project quote Additional revisions billed at an hourly rate Scope changes require an updated quote

7. Termination

7.1 Subscription Termination 30-day written notice required Pro-rated refund for unused portion Active projects must be completed or terminated Final files delivered upon account settlement

7.2 Project Termination 25% kill fee if terminated before completion Completed and paid work remains client property Unused deposit non-refundable after work begins

8. Payment Terms

8.1 Subscription Payments Monthly billing on subscription date Auto-payment required Late payments pause service Failed payments incur a $25 fee

8.2 Project Payments 50% deposit upon agreement Remaining 50% due before final delivery Late payments incur 1.5% monthly interest Payment plans available upon request

9. Confidentiality

Non-disclosure of client data and business information Secure storage of client data and materials Project details kept private unless authorized Confidentiality extends beyond project completion Compliance with data protection regulations ensured

10. Limitation of Liability

Maximum liability limited to fees paid No responsibility for third-party tools or platforms No guarantee of specific business outcomes from analyses Force majeure clause for uncontrollable circumstances

11. Dispute Resolution

Good faith negotiation as the first step Mediation required before litigation Jurisdiction: Quito, Ecuador Prevailing party entitled to legal fees

12. Modifications

Terms may be updated with 30-day notice Subscription clients notified via email Continued use constitutes acceptance Special terms require written agreement
